Shipping Policy

Shipping Within India

We currently offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside India.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • The tracking number

  • A link to the courier company’s website

  • The estimated delivery date

Please note: Tracking details may take up to 24 business hours to reflect on the courier’s tracking portal.

Accurate Delivery Information

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the following:

  • Full shipping address including flat/building number, street name, city, state, and pin code

  • A valid contact number

  • A verified email address for communication

Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or failed deliveries.

 

Order or Address Changes

If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped.

Changes requested after shipment will incur two-way courier charges, which will be borne by the customer.

 

Delays or Stock Issues

In the rare event of a delay due to stock unavailability or logistics issues, we will notify you via email at the earliest.

 

Shipping Insurance

All orders are fully insured at no extra cost to the customer until they are delivered to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are only accepted in the case of:

    • Defective or damaged products

    • Wrong product received

  • Returns for order errors (e.g. incorrect model, wrong item ordered) are not accepted, unless the seller agrees to make an exception.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including tags, labels, original packaging, accessories, and freebies.

 

How to Request a Return

All return requests are handled via email only.
Please email us at sales@itbulky.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order ID].

Include the following in your email:

  1. Brief description of your concern

  2. Photos of:

    • The product received (front and back)

    • The old product you are replacing (front and back)

    • Your laptop or product model (image preferred)

 

Return Approval Process

  • Once your request is received, we will share it with the seller.

  • You will receive an update on whether the return/replacement is approved or declined.

  • If approved, you must self-ship the product within 2 working days using a trackable courier service.

  • Please pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit and share the tracking details with us once shipped.

 

Refunds & Replacements

  • After the returned product is received and verified by the seller:

    • A replacement will be shipped to you, OR

    • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 working days of successful verification.

 

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval via email will not be accepted.

  • If you reject delivery of an order without a valid reason, return shipping charges and refund processing fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • To support your return claim in case of missing or damaged items, please record an unboxing video when opening the package.

  • Return resolution time may take up to 14 working days from the date of return initiation.
