1. Offer and Acceptance of the Product

An offer is made by the Seller to sell the products listed by them on the ITBULKY.COM website, and the Buyer accepts such an offer by agreeing to purchase the product. The Buyer understands that the offer made by the Seller is not absolute or unconditional. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time before the product is delivered, without any reason, consent, or liability.

The contract for the sale of the product is a bipartite agreement between the Buyer and the Seller. ITBULKY.COM is not a party or a third-party beneficiary to this contract.

ITBULKY.COM reserves the right to cancel any transaction, listing, or order:

• As per the Seller Agreement, Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other applicable policies,

• Under instruction from any statutory, quasi-judicial, or judicial authority.

 

2. Products and Intellectual Property Rights

ITBULKY.COM respects the intellectual property rights of all parties. If you have a grievance, submit a duly filled IP Infringement Notice to support@itbulky.com.

Note: Improperly or incompletely filled documents will not be considered.

Product availability may change without prior notice. Orders may be cancelled by the Seller due to unavailability, pricing errors, or additional verification requirements. Such cancellations are at the Seller's sole discretion and are not liable for any consequences to the Buyer.

Seller Warranties:

• Legal right to sell the product(s),

• Products match the website description,

• Free from third-party encumbrances,

• Clear title will pass to the Buyer,

• Applicable manufacturer warranties apply.

 

3. Pricing Information

All prices are listed as provided by the Seller and are subject to change without notice before purchase. Prices are inclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise.

Errors in pricing due to technical issues may occur. Any such incorrect pricing will invalidate the acceptance of an offer, and the Seller may cancel the transaction.

 

4. Delivery of the Product

Delivery options are determined by the Seller. Products will be shipped as described and advertised.

Important Notes:

• The risk and title of the product transfer to the Buyer upon delivery.

• Seller bears the risk of damage or loss during shipping.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Buyers must provide a valid and serviceable shipping address.

Refusal to accept delivery may make the Buyer liable for losses incurred by ITBULKY.COM or the Seller.

 

5. Return Policy

Returns are governed by ITBULKY.COM’s return policy.

Return Process:

1. Raise a return request within 7 working days of receiving the order.

2. Go to Order History > Order Query, and email with the relevant subject.

3. Seller will respond within 24 hours.

4. Ship the product within 2 working days of seller response.

5. Products must be safely packed, with original labels, tags, freebies, and accessories.

Once verified, the Seller will initiate a replacement. If out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Note: For rejected orders, return shipping and processing fees will be deducted.

If unsatisfied with the Seller's resolution, escalate to the ITBULKY.COM Shield team.

 

6. Cancellation of Orders

To cancel an order:

• Go to Order History > Problem with Order, email us with the subject “Request for Order Cancellation”.

• Only email requests are accepted.

• Orders can only be cancelled while in “Pending” status.

• Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.

• Confirmation of cancellation will be emailed.

Note: If a promotional code was used, the value will not be refunded upon cancellation.

 

7. Refunds

Refund Process:

• Initiate within 7 working days of receiving the order.

• Follow the same steps as for a return.

• We will validate and initiate the refund after receiving the returned product.

• Escalate to ITBULKY.COM Shield if the resolution is unsatisfactory.

Refund Timelines:

• Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 working days to the original mode of payment.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State without reference to conflict of law principles. These terms are solely for the benefit of the Buyer and not for any third party.
